Our Story
Our journey starts with a girl named Kaitlyn, who had a passion for snacking but faced challenges due to dietary restrictions. She also observed the significant effect food had on the brain, especially while navigating her own mental health struggles. Determined to find a solution, she turned to the kitchen and began creating her own plant based snacks that combined her favorite childhood flavors with brain boosting superfoods, checking off every box on her list.
Mental health quickly became central to the identity of Raw Eddy’s. Kaitlyn realized that mental health challenges are something every family faces, not just her own. The brand was created in memory of her uncle Eddy, who struggled with severe mental illness as a teenager. After losing family and friends to similar struggles, Kaitlyn made it her mission to spread awareness about mental health. Through Raw Eddy’s snacks, she encourages people to check in with loved ones, using her snacks as a thoughtful gift to spark connection and care.
